Every year, one of the highlights of the Titletown Gator Club calendar is our Kickoff / Scholarship Dinner—a night that brings together Gator spirit, community pride, and a shared commitment to supporting the next generation of University of Florida students. On Wednesday, August 13th, we gathered at Emerson Alumni Hall to celebrate this tradition, enjoy an evening of fellowship, and honored outstanding local students who are beginning their journey as Gators.

This year’s event was especially exciting with special guests Jeff Cardozo, longtime Gator insider and on-air personality, and Coach Ryan Theis, the new leader of Florida Volleyball, who shared their insights and passion for UF. Most importantly, the evening centered a cornerstone of our mission: awarding scholarships to deserving students from Alachua County. We were proud to present four freshman scholarships along with a special scholarship to a senior in the College of Health and Human Performance—a reminder of the impact our club can make when Gators come together. Join us in congratulating year's receipients: Incoming Freshman Scholarship Recipients ($3,000) Leila Ceilley- Santa Fe High School

The Scholarship Dinner is more than just a celebration — it’s at the heart of our mission as the Titletown Gator Club. Thanks to the generosity of our members, supporters, and community partners, we’re able to invest directly in the future of the University of Florida by helping local students take their first steps as Gators. Every ticket purchased, every raffle entered, and every donation made allows us to make these scholarships possible. We invite all Gator fans to join us in this tradition of giving back — whether by attending events, volunteering, or contributing financially — so that together, we can continue opening doors for the next generation of Orange & Blue. Go Gators!
